Royal Military Band “Johan Willem Friso” plays at 17th Liberation Concert

On Sunday September 17 the Royal Military Band “Johan Willem Friso”, conducted by Tijmen Botma, will play during the 17th Liberation Concert. They will be accompanied by soloist Nico Wouterse and singer Emma Kok. The modern/classical music will guide the visitors through four personal stories which range from an elderly man who witnessed the war as a child (Paul Bronzwaer), a dutch soldier (Lt.col. Gijs Tuinman), an America soldier and a Dutch teenager (Emma Kok).
